General Terms of Service!1. Prices may change based on the complexity of the asked product.2. I have the right to reject any commission if it is something that goes against my beliefs/is offensive/or makes me, the artist, uncomfortable.3. Products given to the buyer WILL NOT BE MADE INTO AN NFT or FED INTO AN A.I. GENERATOR.4. Products made will be posted on social media unless you wish for it not to, please let me as the artist know that you don't wish for it to be posted.5. NSFW requests are made by adults only, no one under 18 are allowed such commissions.Process of Art.1. I will update you in stages, please let me know if you want any changed IN THE EARLIER STAGES OF THE COMMISSION. Please don't say you hate something that was agreed upon in the later stages.2. I expect communication to be clear. If I have a question, please try to answer it at a timely manner and I will do the same.3. Once the art is completely, I will sent it to you to your email, full resolution. Please let me know if it's sending blurry. The finished piece will have a small watermark.Payment:
I take payments in USD, but if you are over seas, do keep in mind that there are differences in currency. I take PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and Cashapp (US buyers only for Cashapp.)Refunds:
Please let me know if you desire a refund. I only wish for you to be satisfied. However, you must tell me that you want a refund after the first sketch. Private Commissions are claimed by the artist, not the buyer. They can be posted, used for profile pictures, avatars, etc, as long as I, Jug, is credited. You will not use it for the purpose of profit via merchandise.
